Here we have a pair of complete take off 2006 Yamaha 250 outboards with 25" shafts and 760 hours. These were recently serviced and one has a new starter, they are ready to install and come complete with everything you see in the images from the prop to the covers, battery cables, throttle cables and two sets of throttles depending on what application you need.
