Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • All returns must be approved in advance.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received (new or slightly used).

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the product price.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns.

  • Exchanges are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.

Return Method

  • Returns must be sent by mail with a valid return label.

  • A return label may be provided upon request, but shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.
